นโยบายการเข้าร่วมงาน
Food Pack Asia & TIF & Warehouse & Logistics เป็นงานแสดงสินค้าและการเจรจาธุรกิจ ผู้เข้าชมงานต้องแต่งกายสุภาพ และไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปีเข้าชมงาน (ยกเว้นติดตามผู้ปกครองเข้าชมงานและผู้ปกครองต้องเซ็นเอกสารรับรองการนำบุตรเข้าชมงาน) โดยผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลใดเข้าชมงานได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งเหตุผลให้ทราบ

- ผู้เข้าชมงานทุกท่านต้องลงทะเบียนเข้าชมงาน
การถ่ายภาพและบันทึกภาพเคลื่อนไหว
ผู้จัดงาน อาจถ่ายภาพ บันทึกเสียง และบันทึกภาพเคลื่อนไหวภายในงานแสดงสินค้า จึงอาจทำให้เห็นท่านอยู่ในภาพหรือได้ยินเสียงของท่าน ซึ่งการที่ท่านอยู่ภายในบริเวณงานนั้น นับเป็นการยินยอมให้บริษัทนำรูปถ่าย บทสัมภาษณ์ การบันทึกเสียง และ/หรือภาพเคลื่อนไหวที่ถ่ายทำ (“วัตถุดิบทางสื่อ”) ไปใช้ เผยแพร่ จัดพิมพ์ จัดแสดง หรือผลิตซ้ำในสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และในการสื่อสารผ่านช่องทางใดๆ ก็ตามของบริษัท บริษัทในเครือ และ/หรือตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาต และท่านยินยอมสละสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบหรือรับรองเนื้อหาใดๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว หรือการบันทึกเสียงที่ผู้จัดงานนำไปใช้ ทั้งนี้ ลิขสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งหมดจะเป็นของผู้จัดงาน TIF & FOOD PACK ASIA แต่เพียงผู้เดียว และท่านยินยอมสละสิทธิในการเรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่าย หรือค่าลิขสิทธิ์ใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ เผยแพร่ จัดพิมพ์ จัดแสดง หรือผลิตซ้ำวัตถุดิบทางสื่อเหล่านี้โดยสิ้นเชิง
เงื่อนไขการรับของที่ระลึก
- ผู้ลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าทุกท่านมีสิทธิ์ร่วมลุ้นของรางวัลใดๆ ที่ผู้จัดมีให้สำหรับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมภายในงาน
- กรณีผู้ลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าที่ได้รับสิทธิ์รับของที่ระลึกสามารถแสดงภาพหน้าโค้ดเก็บไว้เพื่อนำไปใช้สิทธิ์ที่จุดลงทะเบียน
- ของรางวัลไม่สามารถขาย คืน โอน เปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
- ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสิทธิ์ท่านในการรับของรางวัล หากท่านกระทำโดยทุจริต ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกติกาและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้
- ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- กรณีหากมีเหตุใด ๆ ก็ตาม (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะเหตุสุดวิสัย) ที่ทำให้กิจกรรมนี้ไม่สามารถดำเนินไปได้วางเอาไว้ ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการอาจใช้ดุลยพินิจแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการยกเลิก ยุติ หรือระงับกิจกรรมนี้ชั่วคราวได้ตามที่ผู้จัดงานพิจารณาเห็นสมควร
- ผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้างานอนุญาตให้ผู้จัดงาน สามารถใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (หากมี) ของผู้เข้าร่วมชมงานสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมนี้ ตลอดจนส่งมอบของที่ระลึก หรือ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของผู้จัดงานได้
Food Pack Asia & TIF & Warehouse & Logistics Attending Policy
Due to Food Pack Asia & TIF & Warehouse & Logistics are the trade shows and business talk; therefore, visitors as well as exhibitors shall wear suitable and polite clothes. Besides, organizer will not allow children under 15 years old to attend the events – except coming with their parents. The organizer has the rights to not allow any person whom doesn’t comply with the policy and procedures to attend the events.
Procedures to attending the events
1). All visitors must fill in their registration form before attending the events.
Photos and Videos
Organizer has the right to interview, to take a photo as well as to take video within Food Pack Asia & TIF & Warehouse & Logistics on the show days.
All of these materials are the organizer’s intellectual property which can be published or PR our events in any form and at any times. While we take a photo or take video of the activities within our 2 events, you may be in the photo or video of our 2 events. You totally consent and agree not to call for the copyright charge/cost from the organizer.
Conditions for receiving souvenirs (If any)
- All pre-registers have a chance to win any prizes, that the organizer provides for participating in activities within the event
- In the case of pre-registers who are entitled to receive souvenirs, they can show a picture of the code to use their rights at the registration point.
- Prizes cannot be sold, returned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify you from receiving the prize. If you act dishonestly Violating or not following the rules and conditions for participating in this activity
- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. without prior notice
- If any circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure) prevent this activity from proceeding, The Organizer reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate or temporarily suspend this activity as the Organizer deems appropriate.
- Those registering for the event give permission to the organizer. Personal information (if any) of visitors can be used for organizing this activity. As well as delivering souvenirs or for publicizing the various activities of the organizers.
